Vidhyadeep Law College successfully organized a workshop on “How to Use Online AIR Law Journalâ€Â on 02-12-2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The workshop was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ legal research skills and familiarizing them with online legal databases.
Mr. Mukesh Patel served as the resource person and provided a practical demonstration of accessing, searching, and effectively using the Online AIR Law Journal for case laws, statutes, and legal articles. He explained various search techniques and highlighted the importance of authentic legal resources in legal studies and practice.
The session was highly informative and interactive. Students actively participated and gained hands-on knowledge of digital legal research tools. The workshop proved beneficial in improving students’ research efficiency and understanding of contemporary legal resources.

Vidhyadeep Law College organized a workshop on “How to Use Online AIR Law Journal†to enhance students’ legal research skills and familiarize them with an important online legal database. The workshop was conducted with the objective of guiding students on effective methods of accessing case laws, statutes, and legal commentaries through the AIR Law Journal platform.
The session was conducted by an experienced resource person who explained the features and utilities of the Online AIR Law Journal in a systematic and user-friendly manner. Students were introduced to various search techniques, including keyword search, citation search, and subject-wise browsing. The speaker also demonstrated how to locate landmark judgments, recent case laws, and relevant legal provisions efficiently.
Special emphasis was laid on the importance of accurate legal research in academic writing, moot court activities, and professional legal practice. Students actively participated in the session by asking questions and engaging in practical demonstrations, which helped them gain hands-on experience in using the database.
The workshop proved to be highly informative and beneficial, as it improved students’ research aptitude and confidence in using online legal resources. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the resource person, faculty members, and students for making the workshop successful.
